Romantic garden stuff

I LOVE the sims 4 stuff packs. Create a sim is so fun in the sims 4, I can spend hours creating new outfits, and its a big help that I can save my creations in the galleri. I allso enjoy decorating, and I wanna be better at it. When furnishing my sims home, I have a tendensie to amke them simple and practical - so im working on getting better with the details. 

Annyways when Romantic garden was announce, it didnt take me long to decide that I wanted it. But I allso decided that I would wait to get it, because at the time the pack came out, I was having a sims break. 
But now im in wsims mode again, and I just finished the easter challange, so I think its aperfect time to do garden stuff. 

As uselly I started off giving Tess a mekeover, with the new stuff from the pack. Normally with stuff packs, I make the outfits for Tess in the galleri. But this time around I decided to do an in game makeover, like I do with game packs and exspansion - I just think Tess really needed some fresh new in game outfits.

I made 4 everyday outfits, and the last one is formal wear. Im especilly happy with the first two outfits and the formal wear, I think they looks beatiful and romantic. Its not that I dislike it, but I think the combination of formal jacket and shorts are weird. I do really like the coloful jacket, but I cant reallys see myself useing that outfit. I thought the blouse was kinda difficult, to make a romantic outfit with, but I think I managed okay. I do really like it thought, I think its great how its both simple and interesting - whick amke me thik i will find great sue for it in the future. 
There were only one female (and male) hairstyel with the pack, but I like it alot so I dont mind. I actually think its nice to see Tess with long wavy hair again. 

Now its time for Tess's garden to get one as well. I dont think im verry good at making gardens in the sims, atleast not compared to the people who make really beautiful gardens. 

This is how Tess's garden looked before, not too bad but allso nothing speciel and maybe a bit boring. The patio an bonfire area is gonna stay as is, but the rest needs a makeoever.

I made a verry romantic area, with the fountain as the centerpiece. And then I was a "secret" area, hidden by big trees. I think its a great improvement, but In allso think it could be better, or maybe im just too critical of myself. closeup pictures will come further down, when Tess exploreas her new garden. 

Since this pack is all about romance, I thought I would talk about Tess's relationship. Her and Bo started going steady, they are a great couple and I could actuallys see them having a future together.

 The game seems confused, about their relationship thought. How can they both be "just friends" and "lovers" not to mention being soulmates. I frind this confusion verry irritating.

It really dosent help, that its the same thing with her ex fling Matin. why did none of the romantic titles disspear when their relationship stopped being romantic? 

Bo invited Tess to a party, and looked at her with so much love in his eyes that I had to snap a picture. Little did I know..

That he would start flirting with her friend right in front of her. Tess got verry sad, she talked with them about it, but it didnt seem to help

Tess went to her clubhouse the next day. But outside Bo was flirting with Tess's best friend/granddaughter. Why would he keep flirting with her friends in front of her? its really bad for their relastionship, but I will try to save it.

So I thoughht spending some time in Tess's new romantic garden might help. But that offcors called for a makeover for Bo as well. 

As before I made 4 everyday outfits, and 2 formal wear. I really like the new tops, especially the vest over shirt and the colorfull shirt. But those pants, ugh i think they are awfull. I find the colors and pattern to be too tacky, and I dont like how they fit. The shorts have the same tacky patterns , but atleast they fit better. Well the plaid pattern is actually kinda charming, but I dont know if thats enough to get me to use them. 
Bo is not gonna keep these outfits when im done taking pictures, he is gonna go back to his Windenburg outfits. But I really like the hairstyle, and decided that he is gonna keep that. 

Tess is a curious person, so the first thing she did in the garden, was following the stone path beneath the big trees. she found an old hidden wishwell. She wished for a promotion, but nothing reallyseemed to happend. 

A kiss on the cheek, turned out to be a verrry romantic moment.

The atmosphere seemd to be getting to them

And the fountain is a gret place to sit and cuddle

They seemed to enjoy all the pretty flowers.

Tess coulden't help herself from playing in the fountain.

And Bo couldent help himself from getting splashed ;)

I really like this fountain, besides being really pretty, its allso verry functional

I made sure that there were lots of great places to sit in the garden.

Tess gave the wishing well another try, she wished for hapiness and she got a moodlet, that she was verry happy. But besides that I haven't played much with it.
